Get to know me

Minda Morris, DPT, PT

As a physical therapist my goal is to get you where you want to be. I enter every conversation with my patients with the question of "how can I help". My goal is to provide out of the box treatments that you haven't had before. I know how frustrating pain and dysfunction can be and I want to listen to you fully so that we can find the best treatment process that works for you. From manual therapy, massage, yoga stretching, diet, exercise, lifestyle habits, modalities, and the newest science in rehabilitation there is not just hope for you, but so much that is waiting for you.

I have been working in the industry for over 8 years and specialize in pelvic health rehabilitation and chronic pain management. I treat male and female pelvic floor issues. As a pelvic health physical therapist, I am committed to providing quality care for individuals dealing with issues related to pelvic health and full body issues. I don't just look at the pelvis but have experience treating orthopedic issues from head to toe. Whether we want to believe it or not the body is connected, so I can't just treat the pelvis without treating the rest of the body.

Chronic pain management is another area of expertise that I specialize in, and I am passionate about helping patients not just find temporary relief, but finding a way to get you back to living your fullest life. I believe in taking a holistic approach to physical therapy and incorporating various techniques to provide comprehensive care for my patients. Prior to physical therapy I was an engineer and I bring the outlook of an engineer to looking at health issues. This perspective offers different solutions than those that you might have had before. We won't just keep trying the same thing over and over again if it isn't working. I also have my yoga teaching certificate and have embedded yoga in to my practice. I relish in body awareness and education, and it is okay if you don't have good body awareness!
